Withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, free of charge, without penalty and without having to give any reason. This period runs from the later of the following two dates: (i) the conclusion of your contract, or (ii) the effective receipt of the contractual information.

Your relationship with Veracash rests on two linked sets of contracts: the Veracash service contract (Service Terms and Conditions) and the payment account and card contract provided by our partner Treezor (Card Terms and Conditions). These contracts are interdependent: withdrawing from the payment account contract automatically results in the closure of your Veracash account and the termination of the associated card.

Precious metals purchases: metals purchases already carried out are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as their price is directly linked to market fluctuations that are beyond our control. If you hold any metals, these must be sold at the prevailing price or delivered before your relationship can be closed. Our team will support you through this process.

To exercise your right, a form is available on this page, in your member area and in the mobile app. Fill in the form and confirm by clicking “I confirm my withdrawal”. Your request is immediately followed by an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

No fees will be charged. If, at your express request, a service has begun before the end of the period, you may be charged in strict proportion to the service actually provided. Any sums due will be refunded to you within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of your request.
