How can I use a coupon?

No manipulation is needed: everything is automated. According to the credited amount, the date and distribution, the most advantageous coupon will be applied. When the credit is done by credit card, a reminder will show you the available coupons on your operation.

What’s the difference between a management fees coupon and a reward coupon?

  • A management fees coupon offers reduced management fees on the conversion euro/metal when crediting (by card or bank wire).
  • A reward coupon offers a reward in VRC according to the threshold reached when crediting.

    • In the case of a bank wire, what date is taken into account?

    When a bank wire is done to Veracash IBAN, the interbank execution time (48h to 72h) will be applied. Don’t worry, if the wire has been done during the period of eligibility, then the coupon will be applied as soon as the wire has been processed.
